The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has set the dates for the new Alabang Philippines Temple. This beautiful new temple, the fourth in the country, will soon open its doors to the public for a limited time. Elder David A. Bednar will be dedicating the temple in January, but before that, everyone is invited to come and see inside.

Key Dates to Remember

  • Public Open House: November 21–December 13, 2025. This is your chance to tour the temple’s stunning interior! It’s open to everyone, no matter your beliefs. Just remember that tours won’t be held on Sundays.
  • Temple Dedication: January 18, 2026. After this day, the temple will be officially dedicated for sacred worship and will only be open to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

What to Expect

This open house is a special event. You’ll get to walk through the temple and see the beautiful rooms, including a baptistry, instruction rooms, and sealing rooms where eternal marriages are performed. Friendly guides will be there to answer your questions and help you understand the purpose of each room. Best of all, the tour is completely free!

How to Get Ready for Your Visit

To make your experience as smooth as possible, here are a few tips:

  • Dress comfortably: You don’t need to wear anything formal, but respectful clothing is appreciated. Comfortable shoes are a good idea, as you’ll be walking quite a bit.
  • Plan your time: The tour will take about an hour or more, depending on how many people are there.
  • Everyone is welcome: The temple and its grounds are wheelchair accessible.
  • Do some research: If you want to learn more, check out the official Church website beforehand to get a better idea of what temples mean to Latter-day Saints.

This new temple is a major milestone for the more than 880,000 Church members in the Philippines. Located on Corporate Avenue in Alabang, Muntinlupa, it will be the 213th operating temple worldwide. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to see inside before it opens for good!
