After hearing President Nelson’s talk, I made a conscious effort to follow all the things that he counseled, which was wonderfully summarized in this article.

Indeed, it helped me a lot. I felt closer to my Heavenly Father just as I felt that He always is listening. Whenever I do this, my anxiety, worries and fears slowly melt away as I feel the warmth of the Holy Ghost’s comfort engulf me.
